Not necessarily. We assess your existing equipment and retain compatible devices where practical. We explain any recommended replacements before you commit.
Can you fix devices that keep going offline?
We investigate what is causing the dropouts. The answer may involve coverage, configuration or the device itself. We recommend a solution based on what we find.
What happens in the consultation?
We talk about your existing setup, what frustrates you and what you want to change. From there, we can agree the next steps towards an assessment and a scoped upgrade.
Will I still need to manage every change?
